Frankline holds an MSc in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the Technical University of Mombasa. He is a CPA-K and is pursuing a PhD in Finance at The Co-operative University of Kenya.

He brings extensive experience in financial management, accounting, credit control, and strategic leadership. His values of integrity, teamwork, problem-solving, and growth strongly align with the SACCO’s mission.

As CEO, he oversees daily operations and works closely with the Board to deliver strategic objectives. He is leading the SACCO’s transition from BOSA to FOSA, expanding access to financial services.

His passion for transformation and disciplined execution continues to drive organizational growth.

Clive holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical & Process Engineering from Moi University and an MSc in Project Management from Liverpool John Moores University.

With over 10 years of engineering and project management experience, he is driven by innovation and effective service delivery.

He was elected to the SACCO Board on 12th April 2025 and appointed Chairperson on 25th April 2025.

Eng. Ololah is an electrical engineer with over 13 years of experience in maintenance and energy management.

He holds a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from TUM and is pursuing an MSc in Project Management at JKUAT.

A member of EBK and IEK, and holder of an EPRA Class A-1 License, he brings strong technical and governance expertise.

Ms. Mutava holds a Diploma in Front Office and Hospitality from KIM and has over 15 years’ experience in customer service within Bamburi’s Lafarge ecosystem.

She serves as Chairperson of the Education and Tender Committee and is committed to member education, transparency, and ethical leadership.

Allan is a Laboratory Technician at Bamburi Cement Ltd. with 9 years of experience and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry.

He also has strong experience in sales and was elected to the Board on 19th April 2025, later appointed Hon. Secretary.

Mercy has over 12 years’ experience in logistics, shipping, and corporate governance and serves as Logistics & Shipping Manager at Bamburi Cement Plc.

A Certified Trustee, she has contributed extensively to pension and SACCO governance, ESG investment, and sustainability initiatives.

She holds a BCom (Finance), MSc in Procurement & Logistics, and is pursuing a PhD in Business Management.
